R18-4-110. Filtration and Disinfection – 40 CFR 141, Subpart H

A. 40 CFR 141, Subpart H (40 CFR 141.70 through 141.76), is incorporated by reference as of the date specified in R18-4- 102, subject to the modifications specified in this Section; this incorporation does not include any later amendments or editions. B. The text of 40 CFR 141.74(a) is replaced by the following: “Analytical requirements. In order to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of this Part, public water systems shall use analytical methods approved by EPA and the Arizona Department of Health Services for monitoring under this Part.”
