A. A Department inspection shall comply with A.R.S. § 41-1009. B. 40 CFR 142.34(a) is incorporated by reference as of the date specified in R18-4-102, subject to the modifications specified in this Section; this incorporation does not include any later amendments or editions. The phrase “Administrator” is changed to “Department.”
