R18-9-A802. Program Review; Incorporation by Reference; Quality Assurance/Quality Control Methodologies

A. The Department shall review the AWP program upon any significant update to the incorporated by reference material in the rule, any significant update to Tier 2 health advisory values, any emerging scientific developments impacting AWP treatment mechanisms, or otherwise at the Director’s discretion. 1. During its review, the Department shall assess the program rules and components for adequacy against currently available data and best available science. 2. As a result of its review, the Department shall determine whether any rule should be amended or repealed, and whether any material incorporated by reference should be updated. B. The following materials are incorporated by reference and applicable in this Article unless specifically stated otherwise. The materials include no future editions or amendments, and are on file with the Department and as indicated below: 1.
