R19-1-207. Extension of Premises

A. A licensee shall ensure that no spirituous liquor is served to a customer seated outside the licensed premises, as defined in A.R.S. § 4-101(31), without first making application for an extension of premises. B. An application under subsection (A) is required for either a temporary or permanent extension of premises. C. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. §§ 4-101(31) and 4- 203(B).
