R19-3-202.05. Display of License and Point-of-sale Material

A. A retailer shall conspicuously display to the public that it is a licensed Lottery retailer. A retailer may do this by: 1. Posting the Lottery license in a prominent place on the premises; or 2. Posting the authorized Lottery retailer decal in a prominent place in public view, and retaining a copy of the license on the premise, available upon request. B. A retailer shall prominently display the Americans with Disabilities Act Notice and Arizona Problem Gambling Helpline toll-free telephone number. C. A retailer holding a charitable organization license or instant tab license shall prominently display the flare for each instant tab game currently on sale at or near the point of sale. D. A violation of this subsection is grounds for disciplinary action according to the provisions of R19-3-204.
