R19-3-505. Prospective Suppliers List

A. The procurement officer may refer to a prospective suppliers list maintained by the state procurement administrator as a resource for selection of suppliers. B. The procurement officer may choose to compile and maintain a Lottery prospective suppliers list as a resource for selection of suppliers.
