R19-3-707. Instant Games Claim Period

A. Unless otherwise approved by the Commission in the Game Profile, a winning instant game ticket, except an instant tab ticket, shall be received by the Lottery or a retailer as designated by R19-3-409. B. Unless otherwise approved by the Commission in the Game Profile, a winning instant tab game ticket must be presented to the selling retailer on the same day as purchased.
