R1-1-201. Publication Schedule and Deadlines

A. The Secretary of State shall publish the Register under A.R.S. § 41-1013. The Office shall include the schedule of publication dates and deadlines in each issue of the Register and shall make copies of the schedule available in the Office. The Office shall publish each document filed and approved for publication in the Register according to the published schedule. B. The Office shall not waive a deadline for submission of documents for any agency.
