R20-4-1701. Definitions

In addition to the definitions provided in A.R.S. § 6-321, the following terms apply to this Article unless the context otherwise requires: “Applicant” means an out-of-state financial institution that intends to acquire control of an in-state financial institution. “Director” has the meaning stated in A.R.S. § 6-101(7).
