R20-4-1807. Providing Copies of Records

For each loan closed in an Arizona mortgage broker’s name with a concurrent assignment of beneficial interest to a mortgage banker, the mortgage banker licensee shall provide to the mortgage broker in whose name the loan closed a copy of: 1. The closing instructions; 2. Any applicable rescission notice; 3. The HUD-1 settlement statement, if applicable; 4. The closing disclosure; 5. The final truth in lending disclosure; 6. The note; 7. The executed deed of trust or mortgage; and 8. Each assignment of beneficial interest by the mortgage banker licensee.
