R20-4-211. Application for a Banking Permit

A. Before an application is filed, the representatives of the potential applicant shall meet with the Director to discuss capitalization, location, and management of the proposed bank. B. After the meeting required by subsection (A), persons who wish to proceed with the application process shall submit an application in the form the Director prescribes. The applicant shall support the application with sufficient information to enable the Director to make a determination.
