R20-4-811. Investment of Trust Funds

A. A trust department or trust company shall invest trust funds according to: 1. The governing instrument; and 2. All applicable laws, including A.R.S. §§ 6-862, 14-7402, and 14-7501 through 14-7512 B. A trust department or trust company shall make any collective investment of trust funds exclusively under the terms of R20- 4-815.
