R20-5-228. Guardian Ad-Litem Compensation

A. The administrative law judge may appoint an attorney from the Commission’s Legal Division as the guardian ad-litem at no cost to the parties. B. Should a party request the use of an attorney outside of the Commission’s Legal Division, the requesting party shall enter into a fee arrangement directly with the guardian ad-litem.
