R20-5-410. Report of Accident

An Owner, Operator, or User shall notify the Division within 24 hours of an explosion, severe overheating, or personal injury involving a Boiler, Lined Hot Water Heater, or Direct Fired Jacketed Steam Kettle. A person shall not remove or disturb the June 30, 2026 Supp. 26-2 Page 35 20 A.A.C. 5 Arizona Administrative Code involved Boiler, Lined Hot Water Heater, or Direct Fired Jacketed Steam Kettle or parts of the Boiler, Lined Hot Water Heater, or Direct Fired Jacketed Steam Kettle before an investigation by an Authorized Inspector, except for the purpose of preventing personal injury or limiting consequential damage.
