R20-5-602.02. Subpart U; COVID-19 Healthcare Standards

Unless expired or withdrawn by the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration and except as otherwise provided in Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.), Title 23, Chapter 2, Articles 8 and Page 44 Supp. 26-2 June 30, 2026 Arizona Administrative Code 20 A.A.C. 5 TITLE 20. COMMERCE, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, AND INSURANCE CHAPTER 5. INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION OF ARIZONA 8.1 and A.R.S. § 23-425, each covered employer shall comply with the standards in Subpart U of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the General Industry, as published in 29 CFR 1910(U). For purposes of this Section, a “covered employer” means an employer subject to Subpart U, as set forth in 29 CFR 1910.502. Copies of the referenced material is available for review at the Industrial Commission of Arizona and may be obtained from the United States Government Printing Office, Superintendent of Documents, Washington, D.C. 20402. This incorporation by reference does not include amendments or editions to 29 CFR 1910(U) published after June 21, 2021.
