R20-5-624. Employer and Employee Contests before the Office of Administrative Hearings

A. All notices to contest citations and/or penalties shall be submitted to the Division Director and immediately transmitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings in accordance with the Rules of Procedure prescribed by the Industrial Commission. B. Any affected employee or employee representative appealing the period allowed an employer to abate a particular violation shall submit the notice of contest to the Division Director who shall immediately transmit such notice to the Office of Administrative Hearings in accordance with the Rules of Procedure prescribed by the Industrial Commission.
