R2-11-105. Bicycles, Rollerblades, Rollerskates, and Skateboards

A person shall not use or operate bicycles, rollerblades, rollerskates, or skateboards on state property, unless that person is an onduty police officer on bicycle patrol or a state employee using a bicycle for transportation to and from work.
