R2-11-113. Waste

A. A person shall not leave garbage, litter, trash, human or animal waste, or any other kind of waste on state property unless the waste is deposited in a container the Department maintains for that kind of waste. B. A person shall not deposit waste collected from a private residence or commercial business on state property.
