R2-11-501. Review of Denial or Summary Suspension

A. Under A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 10, an applicant, may obtain a hearing on a denial or summary suspension. B. An applicant appealing a denial shall file a notice of appeal with the Department within 30 days after receiving the notice of denial. C. If the Director summarily suspends a development project, the Department shall promptly prepare and serve a notice of hearing under Arizona Administrative Code Title 2, Chapter 19. D. The Department shall notify the Office of Administrative Hearings, which shall schedule and conduct the hearing.
