R2-16-305. Filing Complaints

A. A complaint against an agency shall be filed with the Office in person or by the U.S. Postal Service, telephone, electronic facsimile, or electronic mail. B. A complaint that alleges misconduct by a state employee shall be in writing, signed by the complainant, and filed with the Office in person or by the U. S. Postal Service or electronic facsimile.
