R2-5A-B609. Living Donor Leave

An employee who requests absence with pay for living donor leave under A.R.S. § 41-706 shall submit written verification that the employee is to serve as a donor. An employee may be absent with pay for the time specified for the following purposes: 1. Up to 40 working hours to serve as a bone marrow donor. 2. Up to 240 working hours to serve as an organ donor.
