R2-6-202. Long-term Disability Insurance

A. The state shall automatically enroll an employee or officer in a long-term disability insurance plan. The long-term disability insurance plan in which an employee or officer is enrolled depends on the state-sponsored retirement plan to which the employee or officer contributes. B. The state may offset the amount that an employee or officer receives under a long-term disability insurance plan by amounts that the employee or officer receives as Social Security payments, retirement benefits, and other disability benefits.
