R2-7-505. Selection Committee

A. The agency chief procurement officer shall appoint a selection committee when required under A.R.S. §§ 41-2578, 41-2579, or 41-2581. B. For the procurement of specified professional services not estimated to exceed the amount prescribed in A.R.S. § 41-2581, the selection committee shall meet the requirements of A.R.S. § 41-2578(C)(1) and shall consist of three to five members who are appropriately qualified including the agency chief procurement officer as chair.
