R2-7-606. Terms and Conditions

A. The state procurement administrator may publish uniform terms and conditions for use in solicitations and contracts issued by a state governmental unit. B. Prior to offer due date and time, the state procurement administrator may authorize an agency chief procurement officer to make changes to uniform terms and conditions. C. After offer due date and time, an agency chief procurement officer may negotiate the uniform terms and conditions, as appropriate.
