32-1649. Use of title or abbreviations by a licensed nursing assistant and certified nursing assistant A. Only a person who is licensed by the board to practice as a licensed nursing assistant shall use the title "licensed nursing assistant" and the abbreviation "LNA". B. Only a person who is registered by the board to practice as a certified nursing assistant shall use the title "certified nursing assistant" and the abbreviation "CNA".
