Rule 7.452. Petitioner or attorney required at hearing

The court must not proceed with the hearing on a petition to confirm a sale of property unless the petitioner's attorney or petitioner, if unrepresented, is present. Rule 7.452 amended effective January 1, 2002; adopted effective January 1, 2000.
