Rule 3.1142. Stay of driving license suspension

A request for a stay of a suspension of a driving license must be accompanied by a copy of the petitioner's driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Rule 3.1142 amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as rule 355 effective January 1, 1984.
