Rule 3.726. Stipulation to alternative dispute resolution

If all parties agree to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process, they must jointly complete the ADR stipulation form provided for under rule 3.221 and file it with the court. Rule 3.726 adopted effective January 1, 2007.
