Cal. WIC § 5372

(a) The provisions of Section 1051 of the Probate Code shall apply to conservatorships established pursuant to this chapter. (b) The Judicial Council shall, on or before January 1, 2008, adopt a rule of court to implement this section. (c) Subdivision (a) of this section shall become operative on January 1, 2008.
