(a) Current CalWORKs recipients are eligible for all childcare services under this chapter as long as they continue to receive aid under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3, or any successor program. Family size and income, for purposes of calculating family fees, shall be determined pursuant to Section 10271. (b) A CalWORKs childcare recipient shall not participate in more than one stage of childcare at any given time.
