Cal. WIC § 14184.900

(a) Commencing no sooner than January 1, 2027, in accordance with the CalAIM Terms and Conditions and subdivision (f) of Section 14184.102, the department shall implement Employment Supports. (b) Commencing no sooner than January 1, 2027, in accordance with the CalAIM Terms and Conditions and subdivision (f) of Section 14184.102, the department shall implement BridgeCare to provide home- and community-based services and caregiver supports to individuals enrolled in the federal Medicare Program who meet the near dual eligibility criteria outlined in the CalAIM Terms and Conditions.
