Cal. HSC § 111656.12

(a) The fee for examination and investigation for an exemptee license under Section 111656.4 shall be one hundred dollars ($100). (b) The fee for an exemptee license and annual renewal under Section 111656.4 shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150). (c) The fee for registration as an out-of-state home medical device retail facility or as the principal or agent of an out-of-state home medical device retail facility shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
