(a) The annual and renewal registration fee period for chemical manufacturing concerns, concerns marketing a flame-retardant fabric or material, and general applicators shall be for the fiscal year period from July 1 to June 30 or for the remaining portion thereof. (b) The annual and renewal registration fee period for limited applicators shall be for the fiscal year period from November 1 to October 31 or for the remaining portion thereof.
