Section 1179.56

(a) Twenty percent of the total funds available for grants pursuant to this part shall be awarded to children’s hospitals as defined in paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 1179.51. (b) Eighty percent of the total funds available for grants pursuant to this part shall be awarded to children’s hospitals as defined in paragraph (2) of subdivision (b) of Section 1179.51.
