Cal. HSC § 25270.12.5

(a) A person who knowingly violates Section 25270.4.5, 25270.6, or 25270.8 after reasonable notice of the violation is, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor. (b) This section does not preempt any other applicable criminal or civil penalties.
