Cal. HSC § 39664

The State Department of Health Services shall conduct an epidemiological study, over a period of up to 10 years, of possible long-term health effects related to the aerial application of pesticides in urban areas, including, but not limited to, cancer, birth defects, and respiratory illnesses.
