Cal. HSC § 1416.30

(a) The program shall require compliance with any judgment or order for support prior to issuance or renewal of a license. (b) Each applicant for the issuance or renewal of a nursing home administrator license, who is not in compliance with a judgment or order for support shall be subject to Section 11350.6 of the Welfare and Institutions Code. (c) “Compliance with a judgment or order of support” has the same meaning as specified in paragraph (4) of subdivision (a) of Section 11350.6 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
