Cal. HSC § 1599.63

(a) Every long-term health care facility shall make complete blank copies of its admission contract immediately available to the public at cost, upon request. (b) Every long-term health care facility shall post conspicuously in a location accessible to public view within the facility either a complete copy of its admission contract or notice of the availability of it from the facility.
