Cal. HSC § 50238

Upon appropriation of the Legislature, for 2023–24 fiscal year funding, one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) shall be made available to cities, counties, and continuums of care that are eligible for round 5 consistent with the formula funding distribution provided by this chapter and upon approval of their regionally coordinated homelessness action plan pursuant to the requirements of round 5 provided pursuant to this chapter.
