Cal. HSC § 78360

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions govern the construction of this article: (a) “Brownfield site” has the same meaning as defined in Section 101 of the federal act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 9601). (b) “Brownfield law” means the federal Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act (Public Law 107-118) as amending the federal act. (c) “Federal Trust Fund” means the Federal Trust Fund established pursuant to Section 16360 of the Government Code. (d) “Fund” means the Revolving Loans Fund established pursuant to this article.
