22-38-112. Discipline and expulsion of students

22-38-112. Discipline and expulsion of students. (1) A pilot school may discipline, suspend, and expel students as provided in article 33 of this title. (2) Based upon a reasonable belief that a student is using drugs, a pilot school may require a student to submit to drug testing after providing notice to the student's parent, guardian, or legal custodian.
