24-51-1009.5. Annual increase amount changes. When the actuarial funded ratio of the association, based on the actuarial value of assets, is at or above one hundred three percent as determined in the annual actuarial study of the association, the upper limit of the annual increase shall be increased by one-quarter of one percent.
