44-30-829. Failure to display operator and premises licenses. (1) It is unlawful for any person to fail to permanently display in a conspicuous manner: (a) Operator and premises licenses granted by the commission; (b) A notice in bold-faced type that is clearly legible and in substantially the following form: IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE TO ENGAGE IN LIMITED GAMING. (2) Any person violating this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
