8-15.7-301. Definitions. As used in this part 3: (1) "Applicant" means a person that applies to receive a grant from the scale-up grant program. (2) "Scale-up grant fund" or "fund" means the scale-up grant fund created in section 8-15.7-305. (3) "Scale-up grant program" or "grant program" means the scale-up grant program created in section 8-15.7-302.
