8-20-233. Declaration on invoice. (1) The sale of petroleum products shall include on the sales statement a definite, plain, and conspicuous declaration of: (a) The quantity of goods sold; (b) The weight or basis for measurement of either gross volume or volume adjusted to standard temperature of sixty degrees Fahrenheit.
