15-18.7-206. Behavioral health orders for scope of treatment not required for treatment. A health-care facility or a health-care provider shall not require an adult to have executed a behavioral health orders form as a condition of being admitted to, or receiving behavioral health treatment, medication, or alternative treatment from, the health-care facility or health-care provider.
