18-20-114. False or misleading information - unlawful
18-20-114. False or misleading information - unlawful. (1) It is unlawful for any person to provide any false or misleading information under the provisions of article 30 of title 44.
(2) Any person violating any of the provisions of this section commits a class 5 felony.
