18-5-107. Criminal possession of second degree forged instrument
18-5-107. Criminal possession of second degree forged instrument. A person commits a petty offense, when, with knowledge that it is forged, and with intent to defraud, the person possesses any forged instrument of a kind covered by section 18-5-104.
