19-3-704. Youth with disabilities - incapacitated persons. (1) A party may request the court to determine whether a youth is an incapacitated person, as defined in section 15-14-102. The motion must be filed with the court prior to the youth's eighteenth birthday. (2) If there has been a determination, or if a determination is pending, that a youth is an incapacitated person, as defined in section 15-14-102, then jurisdiction continues as provided in section 19-3-205.
