1-5-504.5. Items to be posted at polling locations. (1) The following items shall be posted at each polling location: (a) A polling location sign visible from the outside of the closest entrance to the polling location pursuant to section 1-5-106; (b) A sign notifying persons outside and inside of the polling location that no electioneering is permitted within one hundred feet of the polling location pursuant to section 1-13-714; (c) Instruction cards for the guidance of eligible electors pursuant to section 1-5-504; (d) Sample ballots pursuant to section 1-5-413; (e) An explanation of the procedures that govern the provision of voting assistance to electors with disabilities who require such assistance pursuant to section 1-7-111. The secretary of state shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., to prescribe the form of such explanation.
